Amazon Cargo Plane Crashes at Miami Airport, Kills Five

An Amazon cargo plane carrying goods from Puerto Rico crashed at Miami International Airport on Sunday, killing five people and injuring several others.

The Prime Air plane, operated by 21 Air, overran the runway around 2 p.m. after arriving from San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The aircraft struck vehicles and burst into flames, trapping some people inside.

Miami-Dade Rescue Fire Chief Ray Jadallah said crews were dealing with a fuel leak on the plane several hours after the crash.
