Amazon.com Inc. has closed its notes offering, having sold GBP 4.242 billion worth of notes on September 14, 2026.
The company had filed a Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to register the offering under its Form S-3 registration statement.
As reported by Lang & Schwarz, Amazon.com stock traded at EUR 223.05 in weekend trading on October 3, 2026, up 0.05 percent from the previous close of EUR 222.93.
The notes were due to mature in 2029, 2032, 2038, and 2045, with four different series issued under an underwriting agreement dated September 9, 2026.
