Amazon FBA Shipments Need Seven-Day Delivery Window Starting September 1st

Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) international shipments will now require a seven-day delivery window, starting September 1st, 2026. This new requirement applies to fulfillment centers in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.

The delivery window is an estimated date range of when the shipment is expected to arrive at Amazon's fulfillment center. Providing accurate delivery windows helps Amazon prepare for shipments and avoid processing delays.

For non-partnered carriers, Amazon recommends reviewing their receiving times to provide accurate delivery windows. When creating international shipments in the Send to Amazon workflow, a seven-day delivery window must be included starting from September 1st.

If using Amazon's integrated solutions, such as the Partnered Carrier program or Amazon Global Logistics, delivery windows will continue to be populated automatically.
