Amazon Hub Mix-Up Floods Oklahoma Family's Porch with Mystery Packages

An Oklahoma family's home was mistakenly listed as an Amazon hub location, leading to a flood of mystery packages on their doorstep.

The couple's daughter-in-law, Kristi Dowlearn, said they had no idea why their home in Tuttle, Oklahoma, was being used as a delivery point for other people's packages. 'Why they're here, we don't know,' she said.

For about a week, drivers kept delivering totes full of packages to the family's porch, leaving them to wonder what to do with all the unexpected cargo. When Dowlearn looked at the address labels, most were intended for addresses within a five-mile radius.

An Amazon spokesperson apologized for the inconvenience and said their team was investigating to prevent similar incidents in the future.
