Amazon MGM Brings Anna Todd's 'House of Crowns' to Small Screen

Amazon MGM Studios is teaming up with bestselling novelist Anna Todd once again for a new romance series adaptation. This time, it's 'House of Crowns', based on her forthcoming novel of the same name.

The story revolves around an elite boarding school in Switzerland, where royalty and world leaders send their children. A poor outsider on scholarship and a gilded heiress with secrets to hide fall into a forbidden love that could shatter them both.

Elinor Cook has been tapped to adapt the book, while Jennifer Gibgot and Andrew Panay of Ethea Entertainment will produce alongside Lena Roklin and Will Gould. Todd will serve as an executive producer in her first foray into television.
