Amazon Offers Employees 20% Off Groceries at Whole Foods

Amazon is launching an employee grocery discount program on October 1, offering its US workers 20% off purchases at Whole Foods Market stores and 10% off eligible fresh groceries and everyday essentials sold through Amazon.com.

The new Employee Grocery Discount will be available to all Amazon employees across the country, including those working at fulfillment centers, Whole Foods stores, and corporate offices. The discount can be combined with other Amazon promotions, such as Prime discounts, coupons, Lightning Deals, and Subscribe & Save offers.

Amazon said it selected groceries for the program because they represent a frequent expense for workers and their families. The company has continued to expand its grocery business since acquiring Whole Foods Market in 2017, with over 550 stores operating across the US.
