Amazon Revamps Fire TV Stick with Faster Performance and Better Remote
Amazon has introduced its latest Fire TV Stick 4K, which boasts improved performance and an upgraded remote control. The new stick is significantly faster than previous models, offering a boost of up to 40% in speed.
The real highlight of the new device, however, lies in its redesigned remote control. Gone are the days of struggling with a cluttered layout and awkward button placement.
Amazon's new remote features a more ergonomic design, complete with raised buttons and a subtle microphone icon that's easy to find in the dark. The home button has also been revamped for better accessibility, while a dedicated Favorites button allows users to program their preferred apps or settings.
The Fire TV Stick 4K itself packs an impressive punch, boasting 8GB of internal storage, a quad-core processor, and support for HDR10, HDR10+, HLG, and other advanced video formats.
