Amazon has launched its large-scale storage solution in five prominent European nations. This move enables Amazon sellers to store their products for prolonged durations within the company's distribution centers, with automated replenishment to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) locations throughout Europe.

The service, called Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD), will be accessible starting August 20 in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. These five nations are among Europe's largest ecommerce markets, where Amazon holds a commanding presence.

According to Amazon, AWD helps navigate supply chain complexities by offering flat-rate, long-term bulk storage within its distribution centers, along with automated replenishment to FBA fulfillment centers in Europe.
