Amazon Secures Option on Kühne+Nagel Shares in Long-Term Partnership

Amazon has secured an option to purchase shares in Swiss logistics firm Kühne+Nagel as part of a long-term partnership.

The option allows Amazon to acquire existing shares in cash or exchange its own shares, depending on commercial milestones or the provision of certain services over a seven-year period.

Kühne+Nagel recently lost its main shareholder, Klaus-Michael Kühne, whose approximately 59% of voting rights have been transferred to his foundation, the Kühne-Stiftung.
