Amazon.com's stock price rose by 1% on Wednesday following an analyst upgrade from Rosenblatt Securities. The company increased its price target for AMZN to $360 from $335, maintaining a 'buy' rating.

Rosenblatt believes that Amazon's marketplace, fulfillment network, and retail-media business remain difficult to displace despite threats from AI shopping agents like Meta's Muse and OpenAI's Dots.

This is not the only positive news for Amazon in recent days. The company has announced a multiyear chip-design licensing deal worth over $1 billion with Synopsys, which should help develop custom silicon for AI products and cloud infrastructure.
