Amazon is expanding its Seller Central platform to allow merchants to manage orders and shipment tracking from other major e-commerce platforms, including eBay, Shopify, TikTok, and Walmart. The move allows sellers to view their sales and orders across multiple channels in one place, making it easier for them to fulfill orders and track shipments.

The feature is part of Amazon's efforts to support its sellers' multi-channel businesses. According to the company, more than 95% of independent sellers on Amazon sell through multiple channels, driving over 60% of sales in its store. The new tool will help these merchants streamline their operations and reduce the complexity of managing orders across different platforms.

The rollout is gradual and free for sellers, with plans to add more channels and features over the coming months. The expansion also includes product listings, profitability analytics, and a rollout plan for U.S. sellers at no additional charge.
