AMD, Cisco, and HUMAIN Deploy AI Infrastructure in Saudi Arabia
A joint venture between AMD (NASDAQ: AMD), Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) and HUMAIN has reached a major milestone in Saudi Arabia, where they have deployed AI infrastructure powered by AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs and Cisco Silicon One networking. This production system is now live and serving HUMAIN customers, offering GPU-as-a-service for training and inference.
The venture plans to deploy up to 250 MW of AI infrastructure starting in 2027, with capacity coming online in the second half of that year. This buildout is part of a larger plan to reach up to 1 GW by 2030, making it one of the largest deployments of its kind.
The joint venture's success is driven by strong customer demand and the need for scalable and efficient AI infrastructure. By using AMD Instinct GPUs and Cisco Silicon One networking, HUMAIN can offer high-performance computing capabilities to its customers without the need for expensive hardware purchases.
