American Airlines has introduced its first retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER aircraft featuring a premium cabin configuration and Flagship Suite experience. The upgraded plane offers 144 premium seats, including 70 Flagship Suite seats with privacy doors, additional personal storage, and chaise lounge seating. These Flagship Suites come with priority airport services, access to Flagship lounges where available, and onboard dining and amenities.

The Boeing 777-300ER's new cabin interiors follow design elements introduced on American Airlines' premium-configured Boeing 787-9 and Airbus A321XLR aircraft. Premium Economy passengers will have features including wireless charging, USB-C, and AC power, while Main Cabin customers can access the airline's inflight entertainment system.

American Airlines plans to introduce the updated aircraft on selected long-haul routes, including services to London, Tokyo, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, and Sydney. The airline also plans to equip its Boeing 777-300ER fleet with free high-speed inflight Wi-Fi sponsored by AT&T.
