Amex Cards Now Accepted at Over 190 Million Global Locations

American Express has announced that its cards are now accepted at over 190 million merchant locations worldwide, marking an increase of approximately 20 million locations this year.

This represents significant growth in global acceptance for the company's cards, with the number of Amex-accepting merchant locations outside the US more than doubling over the last four years.

The expansion is attributed to key partnerships, targeted expansion in areas where card members live, work, and travel, and continued innovation in payment methods.
