Amex Teams Up with Accor for Global Travel Perks
Global travel benefits are about to get a major boost thanks to a new partnership between American Express and Accor's booking platform ALL. The two companies have announced a global agreement that will launch in 12 markets across 2026, offering elite status matching and a Membership Rewards points transfer option for eligible card members.
The initiative is designed to enhance the travel experience at over 45 hotel brands within Accor's portfolio, including Raffles, Fairmont, and Sofitel. Under the partnership, eligible American Express Consumer, Small Business Services (SBS), and Corporate Platinum Card Members will be able to match their card status with ALL Accor Gold status.
Gold members will receive benefits such as complimentary Wi-Fi, welcome amenities, late check-out, room upgrades subject to availability, and bonus ALL Accor points at participating hotels. The partnership also introduces a new Membership Rewards points transfer option, allowing eligible Card Members to convert their American Express points into the ALL Accor loyalty programme.
Point conversion ratios will vary by market, but transferred points can be redeemed across Accor's global network of hotels, dining experiences, travel experiences, and more than 110 programme partners. Accor Chief Loyalty & E-Commerce Officer Mehdi Hemici said the collaboration connects American Express Card Members with the ALL Accor ecosystem while providing additional ways to engage with the company's hotels and loyalty programme.
