Amex Unveils Second Canadian Aspire Lounge at Calgary Airport
The Aspire Amex Lounge at Calgary Airport has been welcoming passengers since September 16, 2026. Located on Concourse A, near the small food court with the A&W, the lounge offers a hybrid dining experience where guests can help themselves at the buffet or order at their table.
The lounge is accessible to holders of the Platinum Card, Business Platinum Card, and Corporate Platinum Card from American Express. These cardholders get in free and move to the front of the waitlist when the lounge is full. They also bring in their eligible guests at no charge, with fees applying beyond that.
The lounge features 109 seats, washrooms stocked with Aesop products, and a central fireplace. Guests can enjoy views of the apron and an après-ski feel with plenty of greenery. The Calgary lounge serves domestic flights only and is not accessible to passengers flying internationally or on transborder routes.
