Analysts Pick Charles Schwab, Cleveland-Cliffs, and UnitedHealth as Top Stock Picks
On CNBC's 'Halftime Report Final Trades', Jenny Van Leeuwen Harrington, CEO of Gilman Hill Asset Management, picked Charles Schwab (SCHW) as her top trade. This choice may be influenced by recent analyst activity on the stock.
Compass Point analyst Ed Engel initiated coverage on Charles Schwab with a Buy rating and set a price target of $135 just a few weeks ago.
Jim Lebenthal, partner and chief market strategist at Cerity Partners, also recommended Cleveland-Cliffs (CLF), which saw gains on Wednesday. However, JP Morgan analyst Bennett Moore maintained a Neutral rating on the stock but raised his price target from $11 to $13 earlier this month.
In addition to these picks, Stephen Weiss, chief investment officer and managing partner of Short Hills Capital Partners, named UnitedHealth (UNH) as his final trade. The company is set to release its third-quarter financial results on October 13th.
