Anthropic's highly anticipated initial public offering (IPO) is now expected to begin marketing in mid-October, according to recent reports. The listing could potentially command a valuation of up to $2 trillion, making it one of the largest IPOs ever.

The company is finalising a $15 billion revolving credit facility ahead of the IPO, which will be led by Morgan Stanley and include other prominent banks such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Citigroup. This financing step is expected to clear a major hurdle for Anthropic's public filing.

Anthropic's rapid revenue growth has been impressive, with the company on track to achieve annualised revenue of over $65 billion based on its current performance. This represents an increase of more than sevenfold from its pace at the end of 2025.
