Appistoki Launches Salesforce Data and AI Center in Taguig

Appistoki has set up a Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence in Taguig, aiming to help organizations explore the application of connected customer data and workflow automation. The center will initially focus on real-estate use cases, including lead engagement, property recommendations, and AI-assisted customer support.

The facility is designed for customer briefings, workshops, demonstrations, and collaborative sessions around Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360. Appistoki has worked with Salesforce on projects across real estate, banking, and telecommunications.

Ayala Land cited the company as a partner in its ongoing Salesforce program and said it is exploring AI capabilities built on the data it has already collected through the platform. The center will demonstrate how Agentforce and Data 360 can be used with existing customer information, rather than treating AI deployment as a separate front-end project.

This locally based demonstration and collaboration space comes at a time when Philippine enterprises are moving from AI pilots toward more specific deployment questions, including data readiness, workflow ownership, and measurable customer outcomes.
