Appistoki Unveils Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence in Philippines

Appistoki has launched a Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence (CoE) in the Philippines, aiming to accelerate AI-driven enterprise transformation. The CoE will serve as a joint innovation hub between Appistoki and Salesforce, where they will co-develop new applications.

The facility will be dedicated to showcasing how organizations can unify their data and leverage AI agents to improve customer engagement, automate workflows, and create more connected digital experiences. It will host customer briefings, live demonstrations, workshops, and collaborative sessions for organizations exploring AI-powered transformation initiatives.

The CoE will initially focus on the real estate industry, including use cases such as intelligent lead engagement, personalized property recommendations, and AI-assisted customer support. The sector accounts for over 5 percent of the Philippines' GDP, with a recent 6.8 percent year-on-year expansion in Q1 2026.

Appistoki has worked closely with Salesforce to drive successful AI and data initiatives across various industries, including real estate, banking, and telecommunications. Ayala Land, Inc., one of the Philippines' leading real estate developers, highlighted the role of Appistoki in advancing its Salesforce journey.
