Apple Attracts Institutional Investors as Services Business Expands
X Square Capital LLC recently acquired a new position in Apple Inc.'s stock, purchasing 10,842 shares valued at approximately $3.14 million.
This is not an isolated move; other institutional investors have also bought into the company. George Kaiser Family Foundation and Forum Private Client Group LLC both acquired new stakes in Apple during the second quarter, worth about $1.73 million and $961,000, respectively.
The influx of investment has contributed to Apple's strong performance. The company's services business, which includes the App Store, Apple Music, and Apple Pay, continues to expand its reach, with plans to launch Apple Pay in India next month.
