Apple Crushes Q3 Earnings With Record Revenue Growth
Apple's Q3 2026 earnings call revealed strong revenue growth and record-breaking quarterly results. The tech giant reported $109.4 billion in revenue, a 16% increase from last year, with diluted EPS reaching $2.02, representing 29% growth.
The iPhone segment led the charge, driving 22% growth to $54.3 billion, while Mac revenue grew 29% to $10.4 billion despite supply constraints. Services revenue reached a record high of $30.7 billion, with every services category seeing growth.
However, iPad revenue declined 6%, and Wearables, Home, and Accessories revenue increased only 6%. Gross margin stood at 50.1%, benefiting from tariff refunds, while operating expenses rose 23% due to research and development investments.
