Apple's Q3 financials have been announced, revealing $109.42B in revenue and $2.02 EPS, representing a 16% year-over-year increase.

The iPhone segment drove nearly half of Apple's sales at $54.25B, underscoring its significance to the company's overall performance.

Meanwhile, the incoming CEO John Ternus is set to receive a $58M target pay package for FY2027, comprising a $3M salary and $55M in equity, with about 75% of it being performance-based.

Tim Cook will transition to executive chairman, holding a $47M package consisting of a salary and stock awards.

Ahead of the September 9 event, Apple is expected to unveil new iPhone models, including the iPhone 18 Pro, 18 Pro Max, and its first foldable iPhone, which traders are closely watching for demand signals and potential catalysts for the company's shares.

As part of a broader strategy to boost premium demand, JPMorgan expects Apple to raise U.S. list prices for iPhone Pro and Pro Max by around $100, although trade-ins, installment plans, and carrier promotions may help maintain consumer interest.
