Apple Stock Rises as Mega-Cap Tech Rebounds with 2.8% Gain
Apple's stock price jumped by approximately 2.8% to $318.60 on Wednesday morning, marking a rebound in mega-cap technology exposure following Tuesday's decline.
The iPhone giant was among the biggest winners of the Magnificent Seven, pushing its market value towards a staggering $4.7 trillion.
Apple's strong fiscal third-quarter revenue growth contributed to the surge, with a 16% increase to $109.4 billion and earnings that surged 29% to $2.02 per share.
The company's services segment also performed well, generating $30.7 billion in revenue, while its gross margin hit a healthy 50.1%.
However, the stock trades at a premium price, with a market value that is 12.4% above its GF Value estimate of $283.59 and a trailing P/E ratio of around 37 times earnings.
