Apple has disclosed its new CEO John Ternus's compensation package in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The package is worth approximately $58 million for fiscal year 2027.

Ternus will receive an annual base salary of $3 million, as well as a stock award with a target value of $55 million for FY27. He also gets a prorated restricted stock unit award worth about $2.5 million for FY26, which ends in September.

About 75% of Ternus's equity award will be linked to Apple's performance relative to the S&P 500, while the remaining 25% will consist of time-based stock units that vest semiannually.
