Archer Aviation Clears Antitrust Hurdle for Boeing Subsidiaries Acquisition
Archer Aviation Inc. (ticker not specified) has cleared an important hurdle in its acquisition of Boeing's subsidiaries Wisk Aero, SkyGrid, and Insitu. The Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act waiting period expired at 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 18, satisfying one key condition for the deal to close.
