A group of around 15 protesters gathered outside Representative Juan Ciscomani's office on Thursday morning to express their opposition to his federal policies. They brought visual aids, including a shopping cart representing rising grocery prices and a medical bed symbolizing the cost of healthcare.

Speaker Patrick Robles explained that these objects represent the struggles many people face under Ciscomani's policies. Middle school teacher Norma Jean Higuera and disability advocate Chad Durns also spoke from the podium, criticizing cuts to Medicaid and the treatment of healthcare workers.

The protesters marched up the stairs to Ciscomani's office and took turns speaking into the intercom, but did not receive a response. They plan to continue weekly protests at his office as the midterm elections approach, with Higuera stating that they will remember this lack of representation 'at the midterms.'
