Avanda Invests Heavily in Amazon Stock

Avanda Investment Management Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based investment firm, has acquired 6,800 shares of Amazon.com, Inc.

The shares, valued at approximately $1,621,000, represent Avanda's 21st largest position in its portfolio, accounting for about 0.5% of its holdings.

This is not the only recent investment in Amazon stock; several other institutional investors and hedge funds have also modified their stakes in the company during the second quarter.

The largest among these new positions was acquired by Korea Investment CORP, which bought approximately $1.666 billion worth of shares.
