Avengers Doomsday Trailer Debuts at D23 with Star-Studded Cast
The highly anticipated Avengers: Doomsday trailer made its debut at the D23 Disney Entertainment Showcase, featuring an all-star lineup including Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, and Hayley Atwell. The event took place at the Honda Center in Anaheim, where Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige unveiled the trailer onstage.
The upcoming film, the 39th in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, centers around the supervillain Victor von Doom/Doctor Doom, portrayed by Robert Downey Jr. The story follows heroes from three universes facing an unprecedented existential threat as their paths collide.
In addition to the main cast, the movie stars a host of other notable actors, including Chris Hemsworth, Pedro Pascal, Paul Rudd, Anthony Mackie, Florence Pugh, and many more. Avengers: Doomsday is set to hit theaters on December 18, 2026, with tickets already on sale.
The D23 event, held at the Anaheim Convention Center from Friday to Sunday, showcases upcoming Disney projects, honors its history, and celebrates its fan community. The Walt Disney Company, parent company of Marvel Entertainment, organized the exposition.
