Canadian holding company Avenir Global has finalized a deal to acquire communications and marketing firms from London-based Next 15 Group Plc. The acquisition expands Avenir’s reach into the technology sector, adding prominent clients like Nvidia Corp., Meta Platforms Inc., and Microsoft Corp. to its portfolio.
The transaction grants Montreal-based Avenir control of Marker Collective, which consists of three agencies specializing in serving large public tech companies. This strategic move is expected to strengthen Avenir’s position in the communications and marketing industry.
Marker Collective’s existing client list includes some of the biggest names in tech, ensuring Avenir immediate access to high-profile projects and partnerships. The deal underscores Avenir’s commitment to expanding its service offerings in the tech sector.
