The group includes cadets from Ryanair's Future Flyer Academy, and the APS MCC course provides 40 hours of training on a Boeing 737-800W-based simulator over approximately three to four weeks.
The syllabus covers Crew Resource Management, advanced airline-operations scenario training, swept-wing jet training, upset prevention and recovery content, and a final assessment.
To be eligible for the course, students must hold an EASA Commercial Pilot's Licence (CPL) with a multi-engine instrument rating, have completed EASA ATPL theory, and possess a valid EASA Class 1 medical certificate.
