Azerbaijan Seeks Cisco Partnership for Digital Transformation
Azerbaijan is exploring potential cooperation with Cisco in various digital transformation areas.
According to Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev, discussions have taken place between Azerbaijan and American technology company Cisco on collaboration in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, telecommunications infrastructure modernization, data center and Government Cloud development, cybersecurity, and innovation.
The meeting between Minister Nabiyev and Adele Trombetta, Vice President and General Manager for Customer Experience at Cisco across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), also explored opportunities for joint research and innovation projects, the establishment of a regional center - including a Cisco Academy - and training of qualified specialists with advanced digital skills.
