Bandwidth Bolsters Salesforce Partnership with Global Contact Center Rollout

Bandwidth Inc. has expanded its collaboration with Salesforce by becoming the first certified carrier to support the global rollout of Salesforce's native Contact Center.

This move follows the North American launch earlier this year and is now available in Europe, the U.K., Australia, and New Zealand.

The integration enables enterprises to connect via a bring-your-own-carrier (BYOC) model, offering granular control and real-time observability for AI-driven customer engagement.

This supports Salesforce's goal to enhance customer experience globally with reliable, scalable communications infrastructure.
