Raleigh-based cloud communications company Bandwidth Inc. (BAND) is expanding its collaboration with Salesforce to support the global rollout of Salesforce's native Contact Center. This expanded collaboration will initially extend availability to Europe, Australia, and New Zealand by this fall.

The North American debut of Salesforce's AI-powered, CRM-native contact center took place in March. As part of this new partnership, Bandwidth's Communications Cloud and a new Maestro BYOC integration will power the global rollout.

Maestro is Bandwidth's platform for intelligent, global communications orchestration. This integration will equip businesses with the granular control, real-time observability, and infrastructure depth required to orchestrate next-generation, AI-driven customer engagement on a global scale.
