Bandwidth Raises 2026 Outlook Following Strong Q2 Results and Salesforce Partnership
Bandwidth (BAND) recently reported strong second-quarter results, driven by robust growth in voice and messaging services. The company also announced an exclusive AI-focused communications infrastructure partnership with Salesforce, along with several new enterprise customer wins.
This partnership, which ties Bandwidth's communications cloud directly into a major CRM and contact center ecosystem, supports the catalyst of winning more high-value enterprise workloads. However, it also highlights the risk of customer concentration and competitive pressure as larger CPaaS and software vendors fight for AI contact center traffic.
Bandwidth raised its full-year 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA outlook on the back of these developments. The company now projects $1.1 billion in revenue and $72.9 million in earnings by 2029, which implies an earnings increase from today's level to reach that consensus figure.
Analysts who were already assuming revenue could reach about US$1.2 billion and earnings about US$91 million by 2029 may either reinforce their belief in rapid AI monetization or prompt a rethink about risks like pricing pressure and regulation.
