A recent joint performance testing of BASE24-eps, a foundational component of ACI's card acquiring and issuing solutions, was conducted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) by ACI Worldwide and Cognizant.

The test aimed to assess the system's ability to handle high transaction loads without failed transactions. To simulate this, Cognizant deployed BASE24-eps on AWS and subjected it to more than double its target transaction load for 30 minutes. The result was impressive: no failed transactions occurred during this time.

In total, the system processed over 4.6 million transactions without a single failure. This demonstration of strong card processing performance on AWS provides valuable evidence that BASE24-eps can handle high volumes while maintaining reliability and security.
