Béis Teams Up with Disney for Retro-Inspired Luggage Collection

Béis, a luggage brand founded by actress Shay Mitchell, has announced its latest collaboration, this time with Disney. The collection, which will be available for purchase online starting August 12 at various retailers including Béis' website, Bloomingdale's, and Disney Store, features 28 pieces of travel gear inspired by vintage character art and the iconic Mickey Mouse.

The partnership marks Béis' first collaboration with a character IP and its largest collection to date. The luggage solutions include bright-red roller suitcases featuring Mickey Mouse's smiling visage, as well as themed laundry bags and detailing on the wheels. Other items in the collection include denim-swathed versions of Béis' popular tote bag, duffle, and backpack.

Liz Money, senior vice president of brand and creative at Béis, stated that the goal was not to create nostalgic merchandise but rather to balance nostalgia with modern design. The collaboration aims to capture the feeling of travel and shared experiences, making it feel like a 'hint of magic' rather than a commercial product.
