Bhatnagar Appointed Head of Corporate Communications at Capital One India

Capital One India has appointed Aanandita Bhatnagar as its Head of Corporate Communications. She will lead the company's communications mandate, overseeing Brand Marketing, Talent Engagement and Integrated Communications for Capital One India.

Bhatnagar brings 25 years of experience in corporate communications, brand marketing, and reputation management from global technology companies and high-growth organisations. She has held leadership roles at Texas Instruments, Cisco Systems, ANZ Banking Group, AXA Business Services, Bharti Airtel, Web3 startup Liminal Custody, and NetApp.

As Head of Corporate Communications for Capital One India, Bhatnagar will focus on strengthening the company's regional brand identity, enhancing its employer value proposition, and elevating its corporate reputation across key stakeholder groups. She will also lead efforts to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), corporate social responsibility (CSR), and POSH governance initiatives.
