Big Blue Seek Fourth Win Against Struggling Silver Star
The IBM Big Blue are looking to secure their fourth win of the season when they face off against the struggling OrientalBio Silver Star in Round 8 of the X League Premier.
The match, set for Sunday at Fujitsu Stadium Kawasaki with a kickoff time of 11:00 local time, pits the sixth-placed Big Blue (3-3) against the winless Silver Star (0-6), who are still searching for their first victory after being outscored by 183-61.
The Big Blue's passing game has been a key factor in their success, producing 206.2 yards per game and accounting for 72% of their total yardage. Quarterback Yuki Masamoto has thrown for 620 yards, while Reece Horn leads the league with 640 receiving yards.
OrientalBio, on the other hand, has relied heavily on its passing attack, but has struggled to turn production into points, averaging just 10.2 per game. The team's ground game has offered little relief, producing only 34.3 yards per game.
