Big Blue Seek Fourth Win as Silver Star Struggle to Find Balance
The IBM Big Blue are looking to move above .500 when they face the winless OrientalBio Silver Star in Round 8 of the X League Premier on Sunday at Fujitsu Stadium Kawasaki.
The Big Blue enter the game in sixth place after an up-and-down opening six games, with a scoring and allowing record of exactly 127 points each.
IBM has leaned heavily on their passing attack, which has produced 206.2 yards per game and accounted for 72% of their total yardage.
The team's offense is led by Reece Horn, who has been the biggest weapon with 640 receiving yards, while quarterback Yuki Masamoto has thrown for 620 yards.
The Big Blue also lead the league in takeaways with 14 and own a plus-seven turnover differential, a significant advantage against an OrientalBio team sitting at minus-four.
