Big Tech Stocks Poised for 42-54% Gains: Analyst Sets Bold Price Targets
Big Tech stocks are poised for significant growth in 2027, according to an analyst who believes that current price targets are too conservative. The three companies being referred to are Alphabet (GOOG), NVIDIA (NVDA), and Salesforce (CRM).
The analyst's bold target for Google is $500, which would put shares at roughly 34x the FY27 EPS consensus of $14.84. This comes on the back of impressive growth in Q2, with revenue jumping 24% and cloud acceleration reaching 82%. CEO Sundar Pichai has stated that they are 'in very early innings of what feels like secular shift.'
NVIDIA's target is set at $350, which would put shares at roughly 22x the FY28 EPS consensus of $15.68. Q2 revenue more than doubled to $96 billion, and management guided FY28 growth of approximately 70%, calling it supply constrained. Jensen Huang has stated that 'AI has reached its inflection point. Compute is revenue.'
Salesforce's target is set at $325, which would put shares at roughly 20x the FY28 EPS estimate of $15.99. This comes on the back of impressive growth in Q2, with Agentforce and Data 360 ARR 'about to cross $4 billion' with Agentforce alone at $1.5 billion ARR.
