Bio-Techne Shareholders Approve Merck KGaA Acquisition

Bio-Techne Corporation, a global life sciences company, announced that its shareholders have approved the acquisition by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. The approval marks an important milestone in the proposed transaction, which is expected to close by late 2026 or early 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and remaining regulatory approvals.

Bio-Techne's President and Chief Executive Officer, Kim Kelderman, expressed gratitude to shareholders for their support.
