Legend Biotech's CEO Ying Huang has stepped down after six years at the helm. Dr. Huang's resignation was not due to any disagreement, according to Legend. Alan Bash will take over as interim CEO while the company searches for a permanent replacement.

Bash brings commercial experience from leading Carvykti, a CAR-T therapy developed in partnership with Johnson & Johnson.

Merck briefly published and then deleted details of a phase 2 trial combining its PD-1xVEGF bispecific antibody MK-2010 with sac-TMT, a TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugate originally developed by Chinese companies.

The FDA has approved Otsuka Pharmaceutical's Simtriyo (centanafadine), a triple norepinephrine, dopamine, and serotonin reuptake inhibitor for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. This marks the first approval of its kind in the ADHD treatment space.
