BLS International Stock Falls to 52-Week Low Despite Strong Financials
BLS International Services Ltd., a leading provider of visa and consular services globally, has seen its stock price fall to a 52-week low due to market volatility. Despite this, the company's financials remain strong, with revenue up 25.3% year-over-year to Rs 890.5 crore in the April-June quarter.
The company's visa and consular business reported revenue of Rs 560 crore, up 21.6% year-over-year, while EBITDA rose 21.5%. The digital business grew even faster, with revenue increasing 32% to Rs 330 crore and EBITDA jumping 45% to Rs 27 crore.
BLS is targeting 15-20% organic revenue growth over the next five years, while maintaining around 40% margins in visa and consular services. The company also won a contract to establish and operate district-level Aadhaar Seva Kendras across India for six years, with services including Aadhaar enrolment and updates.
However, the stock's valuation is still relatively high, with a P/E ratio of 13.42x and a PEG ratio of 0.27x, which is at par with the industry median.
