Blue Cloud Bags $15.5 Million AI Infrastructure Contract with IBM Cloud
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, an AI-first technology company based in Hyderabad, India, has secured a significant contract from IBM Cloud Inc. The US$15.5 million deal will see Blue Cloud's wholly owned subsidiary, Global Impx Inc., design, deploy, and support AI infrastructure for the client. This project marks a major milestone for the company as it expands its presence in the United States.
The agreement is part of a Master Services Agreement between the two companies dated August 21, 2026. Work on the project began on September 24, 2026, and will be completed against five milestones. The infrastructure will be designed to support high-performance AI and machine learning workloads, including model development, training, fine-tuning, and inference.
The project spans four stages: design, build, secure and operate, and validate and hand over. It is expected to run to defined service levels, including 99.5 per cent infrastructure and GPU availability, critical alerts within 15 minutes, and response to critical incidents within 30 minutes.
