Blue Cloud Softech Shares Surge 17% on IBM Cloud Order
Shares of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd surged on Friday after the company announced that its US-based wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Impx Inc, had secured a major order from IBM Cloud Inc. The contract is worth approximately Rs 147 crore and involves AI Infrastructure Design, Deployment and Support Services.
The stock opened at Rs 20.88 on the BSE compared to its previous close of Rs 20.05, with trading volumes exceeding 11.28 times higher. It climbed to an intraday high of Rs 23.50, marking a gain of 17.20%. The company's market capitalisation stood at Rs 2,036.32 crore.
The statement of work was awarded under a Master Services Agreement dated August 21, 2026, and covers the design, deployment, configuration, integration, testing, and support of an AI Infrastructure Environment. Work commenced on September 24 and will be completed according to the project plan approved by the client.
