Blue Cloud Softech Soars on $15.5 Million IBM Cloud Contract
Blue Cloud Softech's shares jumped 4% in early trading after the company announced a major contract win. Global Impx Inc., its US subsidiary, secured a $15.5 million deal with IBM Cloud to design and deploy AI infrastructure.
The contract is valued at approximately ₹147 crore and covers artificial intelligence infrastructure design, deployment, and support services. It was issued under a Master Services Agreement signed between Global Impx and IBM Cloud on August 21, 2026.
The project involves developing a scalable and secure infrastructure environment for IBM Cloud's AI and machine learning workloads. Global Impx will assess AI workloads and infrastructure, set up GPU compute clusters, high-performance storage and networking, and provide ongoing technical support.
