Blue Cloud Softech Wins $15.5 Million AI Deal from IBM Cloud
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has landed a significant contract worth US$15.5 million (approximately ₹147 crore) from IBM Cloud Inc. The deal, awarded to Global Impx Inc. (GIX), the company’s wholly-owned US subsidiary, covers AI infrastructure design, deployment, and support services.
The project, signed under a Master Services Agreement dated August 21, 2026, involves creating a GPU-powered enterprise AI infrastructure environment in New Jersey. Work began on September 24, 2026, and will follow a client-approved project plan, including a 30-day stabilisation and support period.
Global Impx will build infrastructure for AI and machine-learning workloads, including model development, training, fine-tuning, and inference. The scope includes GPU computing clusters, high-performance storage, networking, AI/ML platforms, and Kubernetes-based orchestration. Cybersecurity and operational infrastructure, such as identity and access controls, network segmentation, encryption, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery, are also part of the project.
The US$15.5 million payment will be made in five installments tied to project milestones. The engagement includes service level agreements ensuring infrastructure and GPU availability of at least 99.5%. The order strengthens Blue Cloud Softech’s AI infrastructure business in the US market, coming just three months after Global Impx joined the group in June 2026.
Blue Cloud Softech reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,002 crore in FY2025-26. The company provides AI solutions, cybersecurity, telecom and 5G services, and healthcare technology to enterprises and government clients.
