Blue Cloud Softech Wins $15.5M IBM Cloud Mandate for AI Infrastructure
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has secured a significant mandate from IBM Cloud Inc. worth US$15.5 million for AI infrastructure design, deployment, and support services.
The fixed fee engagement was signed under a Master Services Agreement between Global Impx Inc., Blue Cloud's wholly owned United States subsidiary, and IBM Cloud on August 21, 2026.
Global Impx will build a scalable, secure, and high-performance environment for artificial intelligence and machine learning workloads, supporting four stages: design, build, secure and operate, and validate and hand over.
The project includes defined service levels, with infrastructure and GPU availability maintained at a minimum of 99.5%, critical alerts issued within 15 minutes, and critical incidents receiving a response within 30 minutes.
