Blue Cloud Wins US$15.5 Million Contract from IBM Cloud for AI Infrastructure Services
Hyderabad-based Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607; NSE: BLUECLOUDS) has secured a significant contract from IBM Cloud Inc worth US$15.5 million for AI infrastructure design, deployment, and support services.
The order is part of a Master Services Agreement between the two companies dated August 21, 2026, and work commenced on September 24, 2026. The agreement includes five milestones, with fees payable against each one from project kick-off to production go-live.
Blue Cloud's wholly owned US subsidiary, Global Impx Inc ('GIX'), will deliver a scalable, secure, high-performance environment for IBM Cloud's AI and machine learning workloads, covering model development, training, fine-tuning, and inference. The project spans four stages: design, build, secure and operate, and validate and hand over.
Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, said, 'AI is moving out of the lab and into production, and that move runs on infrastructure.' He added, 'Winning this mandate from IBM Cloud within three months of GIX joining Blue Cloud shows that our US platform can compete for, and deliver, the most demanding AI infrastructure work.'
The order places Blue Cloud at the centre of AI infrastructure work for a global technology client and strengthens its AI infrastructure business in the United States, its largest market.
